Chrissy Metz has dropped so many pounds due to the shock she recently encountered when the producers of series “This is us” threatened Chrissy to terminate her if she did not lose weight.
Ever since it happened, Chrissy Metz has been hell busy in finding different ways to lose proper weight.
Chrissy stated that they have included her in some sort of contract which said that in order to continue her role in the NBC’s hit series she should have to lose a little bit of weight.
Just like her character who can do anything to achieve their goal, Chrissy didn’t back up and she certainly worked it out.
A real life example of Kate which is her role. The situations were tough, though, but Chrissy got no options, so she continued her quest for weight loss.
Many people believe that the pills she used were actually “Garcinia Cambogia” or in other words Dr. Oz weight loss pills.
The remedy for weight loss was once flourished on TV shows so much because of its genuine effects.
Fortunately, most of the people who have used these pills have successfully achieved their weight loss goal.
Chrissy Metz, on the other hand, hasn’t shown what she actually used as a source for her weight loss, but we still believe that it might be Garcinia Cambogia pills.
After losing 100 pounds in less than 5 months, Chrissy Metz has flaunted her changed physique in many of the awards ceremonies.
In her Instagram page, her fans are going massively crazy for her great success as well as they are desperately waiting for Chrissy to appear in “This is us” with full of vibes.
After a successful weight loss, Chrissy was asked about the rough time she had gone through, and also the products she has been using or diet she has recently modified in her daily routine.
To which she replied “Playing Kate in “This Is Us” series represents a big opportunity for me and I cannot afford to lose it.
When I heard that I had to lose weight and producers imposed it in my contract, I was shocked at first, but I was determined to do anything possible to get rid of the weight.
The challenge was bigger because we filmed the season in just 30 days. So I had to get slim in 1 month.
Fortunately, I was recommended by my friends and approved by my dietitian an amazing diet pill that helped me meet my goals.”
30 years old Chrissa also shared some of her agonizing memories, like when she suffered a panic attack due to her overweight situation and landed in the hospital.
After the heartbreaking scene, she decided to look after herself, from that day she has accepted herself, which is somehow left a lesson to so many people for self-acceptance.
“You have to use what you have,” she tells PEOPLE exclusively in this week’s issue of her fan-favorite role on the NBC smashes hit, “and I wouldn’t have this role if I had already lost weight.
Now it’s about telling a story of a woman struggling with her weight, just as I have and still am.”
In one of her interviews, she told a very funny story about the time when she wore the fat suit in her trailer and got stuck in the doorway.
The struggle of being a fat lady was real for Chrissy which is why her fans also wanted the same thing for her (Losing weight).
“I had to suck it in, squish it, knead it, hold the dress, and slowly pull it through until I stumbled down the stairs. I almost wish someone had been there to see because they would have been laughing their butt off.”
That was a sobering experience: “I thought, ‘What if I become that heavy and can’t walk around or get stuck in the doorframe? I was like, ‘I don’t want this for me,’ ” she told People.
Chrissy Metz is a live example that you can achieve your dreams no matter what, like Chrissy so many other celebrities have transformed their bodies in a shocking way.
Not to mention that each of them suffered a big deal of depression and agony, but in order to enter into the light you have to go through the darkness first.
She further added, “I just have to be very clear.
Whether or not I lose weight or stay the same, it’s purely a choice of mine for health.
Not because I think that plus size, curvy, voluptuous, big bodies aren’t attractive — because I think they’re awesome and sexy.”
