Dr Oz, a world-renowned Cardiothoracic surgeon who is also very much famous for his show, The Oz Show has clarified the misconception about diet pills he has been referred as “magic pills” to lose weight.
In Washington, DC, under the pressure of Congress, he confessed the ridiculous marketing tactic to allure those people who are so desperate to lose weight.
It is not the first time any one’s favorite Dr. Oz has undergone the congressional legislation because of his words spoken for those weight loss pills which according to the majority are considered as a scam.
The Senate Consumer Protection Panel was quite pissed at him as the chairman of the panel rebuked Dr. Oz for his customer attracting claims which he made his TV show.
OZ took a liberty of sharing his knowledge about the efficacy of any products of his such as Garcinia Cambogia and Green Coffee Beans which he thinks can help people of America who are at a verge of excessive weight gain.
In the process, he said he never endorsed any manufacturer of a specific product, but the emphasis was highlighted on some remarkable fat burners.
Let’s pour a little bit of light on your statement, Chairman Claire McCaskill said about Oz’s proclamation of Green Coffee Bean Extract as a magic weight loss cure for every body type.
Claire McCaskill further said “I get that you do a lot of good for your show,” McCaskill told Oz, “but I don’t get why you need to say this stuff because you know it’s not true.”
The Senate panel undoubtedly restricts any kind of promotion of any company or manufacturer which sometimes brainwashes ordinary people to spend a lot of money after these weight loss pills.
Not to mention the majority of this weight loss or fat busting products are the scam, but even though they work, it is still illegal to market them the way Dr. Oz did on his many show’s episodes.
Dr. Oz insisted he has a solid proof about the effects these supplements provide on a short-run.
Even his family has tried some of those and the results were awe-inspiring, but again without diet and exercise, there are no as shortcuts available, he said.
I have a firm belief on the items I talk about on my show, I do study them with a great passion, he said.
“I know there are not so many scientific evidence supporting my claim by nonetheless, I have been advising my viewers and even my family these products. These specific products that you have mentioned, I have given all of them to my family because if they don’t work, they don’t harm either”.
The debate kept on continue where the chairman, Mr. McCaskill further revealed
“The scientific community is going against you in terms of these product’s safety and efficacy, especially those three products you stated as “Miracle”. When you call some product a miracle and it’s easy to buy, then it gives kind of false hopes to the people, I don’t understand why on this earth you had to go there”.
It wasn’t the first time Dr. Oz had to explain himself and the potency of these products which many people are unaware of.
Medicinal use of green coffee bean according to Dr. Oz was further backed by a Florida based operating company where they started to market them as a dietary supplement by the name Pure Green Coffee.
They even had a research where it was found that the chlorogenic acid found in these unroasted seeds helped many people lose 17 pounds and cut 16% of body fats in a period of 22 weeks.
The federal regulator went medieval on the company which showed Dr. Oz Show footage to sell their fat burning supplements.
On the other hand, Dr. Oz has no concern with this company or its products, neither has he received any kind of cheque from the sales.
Federal trade commission charged the sellers of the pure green coffee and accused them of making fake claims about the products just to earn their customer’s trust.
Speaking about the weight loss market, it undeniably has many scams.
Even the customers are so desperate that they are particularly prone to the fraud, in a survey, it was observed that the majority of customers who wants to lose weight ends up with a product with no efficacy or scientific background.
Oz, on the other hand, has studied many compounds that can easily let you lose weight in an efficient way, which he shared with his viewers and even with his family.
But unfortunately, unless you have million dollars submitted to the FDA or have a gigantic manufacturing plant, you can just sell anything you want.
Dr. Oz thinks otherwise, his researchers are backed by many people’s personal experience they get from a natural source guided by him.
Upon selling illegal weight loss products Dr. Oz has strongly suggested not to trust anything that comes in your way of searching.
